This engineered construction door is pre-finished with a clear acid-cured lacquer, providing excellent strength and durability. This design is a fire door with a solid core and is FD30 rated for fire safety. We recommended that you use 3 hinges when hanging to ensure a sturdy hold, and XL Joinery also recommends using a 65mm latch for these doors. This unit also has FSC-certified lock blocks on both sides of the door, and primed edges on all edges of the door.
